The purpose of this Site is to provide a simple, convenient and cost-effective service to food loving consumers, linking them to restaurants in their area that offer & online ordering, food delivery & takeaway. Interactive menus allow customers to build and submit orders at the click of a button.

By joining, members can place online orders, view their order history, review past orders, earn Cash back against orders, introduce friends and earn discounts.

1.8.4.  To use our service you must be over 13 years of age.

1.8.5.  You are not allowed to register multiple memberships for use by the same person. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your membership.

1.8.6.  Members' passwords should be kept confidential at all times, and must not be shared or disclosed to anyone. You are responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted through your membership. 1.10.                     Placing an order endeavors to deal with reputable third parties who provide a quality service, however accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality or quantity of any goods delivered by or collected from said third parties. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check the supplied goods before agreeing to pay for an order.

All questions regarding goods shown on this Site should be directed to the partner restaurant.

After you submit an order to us, we will give you an Order Number and send the details of this order in an email. Please note that this is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance.

Acceptance of your order will only occur when we send you a further email/sms confirming that the restaurant has received and accepted your order. If the restaurant is unable to fulfill your order you will receive an email stating that your order has been declined.

Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address.

Please make sure the mobile number you provide is correct and your SIM is correctly installed in a working mobile phone, as we may send your order acceptance confirmation to your mobile number.

All food preparation and deliveries are the sole responsibility of the restaurant accepting the order. Please be aware that the restaurant will do everything they can to meet the delivery time you specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond their control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address (including postcode), email address and contact telephone number when ordering.

1.10.1.      Payment

Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the restaurant. The restaurant has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the restaurant fulfilling the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card on the Site then the transaction is processed by as an authorised agent of the restaurant.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and quoted in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.).

Delivery and/or card charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual restaurant. Any delivery charges or card fees will be displayed clearly in your Order Summary.

Prices are subject to change and all goods are subject to availability.

1.10.2.      Customer Ratings                

The ratings contained on this Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice. Nor should you rely on ratings to make (or refrain from making) or take (or refrain from taking) any action. Ratings are the opinions of customers who have ordered through the Site, and any statements, advice or opinions made by such customers are those of such customers only.

There are different minimum spending criteria to be eligible for CASHBACK. For example, to get a 3.5% Cashback, you will need to spend minimum Rs 1,000/- on your order. When your order is accepted, you will get a Cashback of Rs. 35/- instantly in your Supermeal wallet. You can either use this electronic cash for your next order, or can exchange it into hard cash. Cash conversion is available at a minimum threshold. (Note: 10% transaction fee will be charged in this case).

1.10.4.      Termination

We reserve the right to decline a new registration, terminate your right to link to the Site, remove you as a user of this Site, and/or prevent any further use if you violate any of the Terms of Use. If we consider there to be a risk of liability or loss to us or our partner restaurants we may take any action deemed necessary to prevent such a liability or loss from occurring.

If we terminate your right to link to the Site you must cease linking to the Site immediately. Any person who holds a suspended or terminated membership must not order from or re-join this Site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms.

Personal information will not be shared with any of our business partners or affiliates without your permission. It is treated as confidential, and will not be disclosed to outside parties, unless compelled by applicable legislation.

We only send marketing emails to those people who have specifically requested to receive this information.

2.4.  Introductions

When a member introduces a friend, we store the friend’s email address so the member can track the status of their introductions. This also allows reminders to be sent if necessary. The person receiving the introduction can remove their email address from our system at any time via a link in the introduction email, or by sending an email directly to us at


3.1.   Members

Should your personal information change, you can correct or update this information instantly by editing your member profile at any time. When editing your member profile or submitting an order, we only ever reveal the last 5 digits of any saved credit card numbers.

Users who order as guests cannot view or change their details on the website once an order has been submitted. Any changes which affect the fulfillment of an order should be communicated directly to the applicable restaurants.

8.3.  When does the right to erasure apply? As stipulated in international data protection law, individuals have a right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in specific circumstances:

8.3.1. Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;

8.3.2. When the individual withdraws consent;

8.3.3. When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity;

8.3.4. When the personal data was unlawfully processed;

8.3.5. Where the personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.

8.4.  What information does SUPERMEAL retain? The SUPERMEAL online system stores data about individuals in order to create better food ordering deals, discounts, and customer segmentations on the SUPERMEAL platform. We store the name, e-mail address, phone number, and gender (if provided) for each individual in order to create a customer profile, which is stored on our secure servers for a period of 90 days. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at:  . If consent is provided, personal data (including the above, plus delivery address and notes) may be stored in our CRM system for the purposes of contacting you regarding SUPERMEAL news, products and promotions.

8.5.   How can data be deleted?

If you have made an online purchase from Supermeal, we will delete the stored data upon request (via email) to, upon closure of your account, or after 5 years. A member of Supermeal’s technical team can delete data from the database whenever required. This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or SUPERMEAL employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed cannot be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the account administrator before data are permanently deleted.      
Data may still remain in the systems back-up files, which are deleted periodically. Information may be deleted from our CRM upon request to We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
